ALTEA LA VELLA

The main house is distributed on one floor, with a large entrance hall, living room with dining room and fireplace, American kitchen with bar, 3 bedrooms (all with en-suite bathrooms), 3 bathrooms and a guest toilet, and a very spacious SPA area with an indoor pool, sauna and shower.

The guest house has an independent entrance from the outside but is also connected to the main house by an internal staircase. It is distributed in an entrance hall, living room with an American kitchen, an office room, 2 bedrooms (one with an en-suite bathroom), 2 bathrooms and a large terrace/solarium with views of the sea and the mountains.

There is also a separate garage that is connected to the main house by an internal staircase. It has underfloor heating in all rooms and A/C and a heat pump in all rooms.

Approximately 1.5 km from Altea La Vella, a cozy town with everything you need, including good restaurants. 10 - 15 minutes by car from the beaches, marina and Altea with the old town. The property has a nearby exit to the A7 motorway. It is not far from the 1362 m high Puig Campana mountain, fantastic for hiking/cycling. Easy access to 4 golf courses, Terra Mítica Theme Park and La Marina shopping center. On the Costa Blanca you can enjoy the fabulous beaches of Calpe, Altea, Albir, Levante, Poniente, Cala de Finestrat and Villajoysa, with more than 10 km in length that are among the best in Europe awarded the blue flag of the European Union.
